数据挖掘口服中药治疗膝骨关节炎的用药规律

摘　　要：目的:通过数据挖掘分析的方法来得到口服中药治疗膝骨关节炎用药规律,希望可以给临床一些参考思路。方法:用“膝”“关节炎”“中药”等关键词对中国知网以及万方数据知识服务平台从2020年1月迄今和中药口服治疗膝骨关节炎有所关系的全部论文检索,通过古今医案云平台,对筛选出来的处方通过药物使用频率分析、药物性质及作用研究、二味药物之间的关联分析、药物的聚类分析和其中的复杂网络分析。结果:口服中药治疗膝骨关节炎用药频率排名前3的药物依次为当归、牛膝、独活;主要归经为肝、肾、脾经,主要功效为强筋骨、补肝肾、祛风湿;药性以温、平、微温为主,药味以甘、辛、苦味为主;药物关联分析表明置信度排名前三的中药组合为“秦艽–当归”、“杜仲–当归”、“细辛–防风”;聚类分析表明高频中药可分为5种不同功用的组合;复杂网络分析表明各位医家医治膝骨关节炎的核心处方是独活寄生汤加减。通过结果可以给临床一些更优良的对于口服中药治疗膝骨关节炎的思路。Objective: Through the method of data mining and analysis, we can get the medication rules of oral Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, hoping to give some reference ideas to clinical practice. Methods: Search all papers related to the oral treatment of knee osteoarthritis by traditional Chinese medicine on CNKI and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform from January 2020 to date with the keywords of “knee”, “arthritis” and “traditional Chinese medicine”. Through the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform, analyze the selected prescriptions through drug use frequency analysis, drug properties and effects research, and correlation analysis between the two drugs Cluster analysis and complex network analysis of drugs. Results: The top 3 drugs in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with oral Chinese medicine are Angelica sinensis, Achyranthes bidentata and Angelica pubescens;the main meridians are liver, kidney and spleen meridians. The main functions are strengthening muscles and bones, tonifying liver and kidney, and removing wind and dampness;the drug properties are mainly warm, mild and mild, and the taste is mainly sweet, spicy and bitter;the drug association analysis showed that the top three Chinese medicine combinations with confidence were “Gentiana macrophylla - Angelica sinensis”, “Eucommia ulmoides - Angelica sinensis” and “Asarum - Fangfeng”;Cluster analysis shows that high-frequency Chinese medicine can be divided into five different functional combinations;Complex network analysis shows that the core prescription for treating knee osteoarthritis is Duhuo Parasitic Decoction plus or minus. The results can provide some better ideas for clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis with oral Chinese medicine.
