中医治疗儿童缺铁性贫血现状研究

摘　　要：通过整理、分析儿童缺铁性贫血(Iron Deficiency Anemia, IDA)的相关文献,总结目前中医治疗该疾病的研究概况,为进一步研究提供参考。在中国知网、维普、万方数据库中检索近年的相关文献,筛选出方法简单新颖、代表性强、影响力大的文献,整理分析后分类概括,得出研究概况。目前治疗儿童缺铁性贫血的文章多以补充铁剂治疗为主。在治疗缺铁性贫血中医也可以起到很好的治疗效果,因此清楚认识中医疗法治疗儿童IDA方法的作用机理,准确运用中医疗法,对于控制儿童IDA有指导性意义。Through reviewing and analyzing related literature on iron deficiency anemia (IDA) in children, the current research situation on the treatment of the disease by traditional Chinese medicine was summarized, so as to provide reference for further research. Relevant literature in recent years was searched in the databases of CNKI, VIP and Wanfang, and the literatures with simple and novel methods, strong representativeness and great influence were selected. After sorting and analyzing, the literatures were classified and summarized, and the research overview was obtained. Currently, the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in children is mainly iron supplement. Chinese medicine can also play a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia. Therefore, a clear understanding of the mechanism of Chinese medicine in the treatment of IDA in children and accurate application of Chinese medicine therapy are of guiding significance for the control of IDA in children.
