黄艳辉教授运用温经汤治疗崩漏经验浅析

摘　　要：温经汤出自《金匮要略•妇人杂病脉症并治》,临床应用十分广泛,历代医家对温经汤的解释也不尽相同,笔者试从原文着手,分析症状,辨析病机,与当归四逆加吴茱萸生姜汤、《妇人大全良方》温经汤对比,并结合黄艳辉教授临证经验,尝试领会仲景方意,欲求临床应用准确且知变通之理。Wenjing decoction comes from Synopsis of the Golden Chamber: Combined Treatment of Women’s Miscellaneous Diseases and Veins. It is widely used in clinic, and the explanations of Wenjing decoction by doctors in past dynasties are different. The author tries to start with the original text, analyze the symptoms and differentiate the pathogenesis, and compare it with Danggui Sini plus Evodia rutaecarpa and Ginger Decoction and Wenjing Decoction of Women’s Complete Prescription. Combining with Professor Huang Yanhui’s clinical experience, this paper tries to understand Zhongjing’s prescription and wants to be accurate and flexible in clinical application.
