从“诸痛痒疮,皆属于心”论治带状疱疹后遗症的经验

摘　　要：带状疱疹后遗症属于临床常见疾病,中老年人好发,主要表现为疼痛,也偶伴剧烈瘙痒,多归因于带状疱疹病毒对神经的侵袭。从中医分析带状疱疹后遗症,认为其病机与心的生理功能密切相关。中医治疗带状疱疹后遗症具有疗效好、副作用少等优势,更应深入探究理论,梳理规律经验。本文总结笔者导师王凌云副主任医师基于“诸痛痒疮,皆属于心”理论,运用针刺疏通经络、调畅神智与中药化瘀和络、清心泻火相结合的方式,有效改善带状疱疹后遗症瘙痒与疼痛症状的临床经验。举验案1则,以期为带状疱疹后遗症的治疗提供新的思路。Sequelae of herpes zoster is a common clinical disease, which occurs frequently in middle-aged and elderly people. It is mainly manifested as pain and occasionally accompanied by severe pru-ritus, which is mostly attributed to the invasion of herpes zoster virus on nerves. Analyzing se-quelae of herpes zoster from traditional Chinese medicine, it is believed that its pathogenesis is closely related to physiological function of heart. TCM treatment of sequelae of herpes zoster has advantages of good curative effect and few side effects, so it is more necessary to explore the theory and comb out the rule experience. Based on the theory of “all syndromes characterized by pain, itching and sore are associated with the heart”, the author’s mentor Wang Lingyun, deputy chief physician, summarized his clinical experience in effectively improving the pruritus and pain symptoms of herpes zoster sequelae by combining acupuncture to dredge the meridians, regulate the spirits and wisdom, with traditional Chinese medicine to remove blood stasis and collars, clear the heart and relieve fire. To provide a new idea for the treatment of sequelae of herpes zoster, a case study was presented.
