探析麻黄汤及其类方治疗咳喘的方药特色

摘　　要：麻黄汤类方包含甚广,今仅析麻黄汤、三拗汤、华盖散、麻杏石甘汤、大青龙汤、小青龙汤、射干麻黄汤、厚朴麻黄汤、续命汤等方,管窥上述方剂之间联系,并探究其选药深意,以期临床实践中用此部分方剂灵动活泼,选方自如,加减有的放矢,选药精当贴切。Mahuang decoction contains a wide range of prescriptions, such as Mahuang decoction, San’ao decoction, Huagai powder, Maxing Shigan decoction, Daqinglong decoction, Xiaoqinglong decoc-tion, Shegan Mahuang decoction, Houpu Mahuang decoction, Shisheng decoction and so on. We can see the relationship between the above prescriptions and explore the deep meaning of drug selection, so as to use this prescription in clinical practice.
