中医治疗脾肾虚衰型肾性水肿病案分析

摘　　要：肾脏病性水肿属中医“水肿病”的范畴,中医治疗肾性水肿按证型分为阳水、阴水两大证型,其中阴水主要以虚证、虚实夹杂为主。治疗时应当注重攻补兼施。Nephrotic oedema belongs to the category of “oedema disease” in Chinese medicine. The treatment of nephrotic oedema in Chinese medicine is divided into two main types of evidence: yang shui and yin shui, of which yin shui is mainly characterized by deficiency evidence and a mixture of deficiency and reality. Treatment should focus on both attacking and tonifying.
