五运六气合因地制宜指导眼病临床用药的探讨

摘　　要：五运六气理论强调人与天地动态节律密切相关,与中医学基础理论框架渊源十分深厚。融合三因制宜辨证论治思想,综合考量天时、地域之气,辨其人之体质、疾之邪气,谨守病机,运气用药,在临床运用中往往可出奇制胜。本文通过探讨吾师在眼病临床诊疗中对五运六气、因地制宜理论相结合的灵活运用,以期为眼病的诊治与预防开拓更广阔的思路。The theory of Five Movements and Six Qi emphasizes the close correlation between human beings and the dynamic rhythm of heaven and earth, and has a deep connection with the basic theoretical framework of traditional Chinese medicine. Integrating the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment based on three factors, comprehensively considering the qi of the time and region, distinguishing the physical constitution and the evil energy of the disease, guarding the pathogenesis of the disease, and using medicine with luck, often leads to unexpected victories in clinical applications. This article explores our teacher’s flexible application of the combination of the five movements and six qi, as well as the theory of adapting to local conditions, in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases, in order to explore broader ideas for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of eye diseases.
