摘　　要：目的:为探究华佗五禽戏功法对在押人员焦虑抑郁的治疗作用。方法:本次研究将在随机看守所选取69名具有焦虑抑郁的在押人员进行研究,并随机分为两组,治疗组33人习练五禽戏功法,每天练习2次,每次15 min;对照组36人不习练五禽戏功法,但先后对二组人员开展了患者心理健康问卷抑郁状态评价量表(Patients’ Health Questionnaire Depression Scale-9 item,PHQ-9)、广泛性焦虑量表(generalized anxiety disorder-7, GAD-7)的评估,3个月后,再次对两组进行量表测评,观察习练前后两组人员焦虑、抑郁的改善情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者PHQ-9、GAD-7量表评分无明显差异(P >0.05),习练3 周后,治疗组患者间的PHQ-9、GAD-7量表评分较治疗前降低,差异显著(P 0.05)。结论:习练华佗五禽戏对在押人员焦虑抑郁情绪较前显著的改善。Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of Huatuo Wuqinxi on anxiety and depression of de-tainees. Methods: In this study, 100 detainees with anxiety and depression were randomly se-lected in the detention center and randomly divided into two groups. In the treatment group, 50 people practiced wuqin opera skills, twice a day for 15 minutes each time;The 50 people in the control group did not practice wuqin opera, but carried out the evaluation of the depression state evaluation scale (PHQ-9) and the generalized anxiety scale (GAD-7) of the mental health questionnaire for the two groups. Three months later, the two groups were evaluated again with the scale to observe the improvement of anxiety and depression of the two groups before and after the practice. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores between the two groups (P > 0.05). After 3 weeks of practice, the PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores of the patients in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P 0.05). Conclusion: Practicing Huatuo wuqin opera can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of detainees.
