试述《金匮要略》对中风历节病的治疗

摘　　要：《金匮要略》对于中风病、历节病的理解对后世有深刻的意义,为后世中风历节病的辨证治疗奠定了良好基础。尤其是侯氏黑散、续命汤、风引汤、乌头汤、桂枝芍药知母汤等方剂治疗中风历节病效果俱佳,现代临床依旧沿用,理解《金匮要略》中的条文含义,就能更好地运用到临床。The understanding of “Synopsis of the Golden Chamber” on apoplexy and severe and migratory arthralgia has profound significance for later generations, and lays a good foundation for the dialectical treatment of apoplexy and severe and migratory arthralgia in later generations. In particular, Houshiheisan, Xuming Decoction, Fengyin Decoction, Aconitum Decoction, Cinnamomum Cinnamomi and Paeoniae Anemarrhenae Decoction and other prescriptions have good effects in the treatment of apoplexy and severe and migratory arthralgia. They are still used in modern clinical practice. Understanding the meaning of the articles in “Synopsis of the Golden Chamber” can be better applied to clinical practice.
