中药厚朴用于口腔疾病防治的研究进展

摘　　要：作为传统中药,厚朴具有温中益气、消痰下气、燥湿散滞等功效。可用于治疗消化不良、腹胀、大便秘结、肝郁气滞、咳喘痰多、术后胀气等病症。现代药理学研究发现,厚朴具有多种药理活性,表现为抗菌抗病毒、抗凝抗血栓、抗肿瘤、抗过敏、镇静、抗惊厥、降压、止泻、神经保护等作用。本文就其在口腔疾病预防和治疗方面的研究进行综述,探讨厚朴用于防治口腔疾病的作用机制,展望相关研究及应用前景。As a traditional Chinese medicine, Magnolia officinalis has the effects on warming and invigorating qi, eliminating phlegm and descending qi, dissolving dryness and dampness. It can be used to treat dyspepsia, abdominal distension, constipation, liver stagnation and Qi stagnation, cough and asthma, postoperative flatulence and other diseases. Modern pharmacological studies have found that Magnolia officinalis has a variety of pharmacological activities which manifests antibacterial and antiviral, anticoagulant and antithrombotic, antitumor, antiallergic, sedative, anticonvulsive, antihypertensive, antidiarrheal, neuroprotective effects. This article reviews the research of Magnolia officinalis in the prevention and treatment of oral diseases. It also discusses the mechanism of Magnolia officinalis in preventing and treating oral diseases. At the same time, it prospects the related research and application prospects.
