摘　　要：荨麻疹是临床常见皮肤病,病因病机较为复杂,治疗顽固,传统医学作为治疗荨麻疹的常用手段,疗效显著。文章回顾了近几年来传统医学对荨麻疹研究的基本状况,从对荨麻疹的病因病机、病症分型、诊疗方案及特色外治疗法进行总结,以期为传统医学治疗荨麻疹提供参考。Urticaria is a common clinical skin disease. The etiology and pathogenesis are complex and the treatment is stubborn. Traditional medicine, as a common means of treating urticaria, has a significant effect. This paper reviews the basic situation of traditional medicine research on urticaria in recent years, and summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis, disease classification, diagnosis and treatment plan and characteristic external treatment of urticaria, in order to provide reference for traditional medicine treatment of urticaria.
