摘　　要：耳胀是中医耳鼻喉科常见疾病,初起易致耳胀闷不适,病久则闭塞不通,导致听力下降。儿童发病率明显高于成人,且初期症状不明显,易延误病情。邓可斌教授根据多年临床经验,从中医整体观念角度辩证分析,运用综合疗法分阶段治疗儿童耳胀,疗效显著。Ear swelling is a common disease in traditional Chinese medicine otolaryngology, which can easily cause ear distension, stuffiness, and discomfort at the beginning. However, if the disease persists, it can become blocked, leading to hearing loss. The incidence rate in children is significantly higher than that in adults, and the initial symptoms are not obvious, which is easy to delay the disease. Based on years of clinical experience, Professor Deng Kebin used comprehensive therapy to treat children’s ear swelling from the perspective of the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine, and the effect was remarkable.
