风药治疗顽固性头痛临床经验

摘　　要：中医古籍对头痛有“首风”、“脑风”、“风头痛”等名称记载,头为诸阳之会,中医学认为顽固性头痛的发作与风邪密切相关,虽然病理因素可能会有不同,但最终都会引起风动致头痛,针对其病因病机,顽固性头痛的治疗应抓住风动的病机,从风药入手,同时配伍消除病机基础的药物,临床应用效果颇佳。本文结合历代医家观点和临床研究,分析顽固性头痛与风邪的关系,风药诊疗经验,并附一则医案证实疗效。Traditional Chinese medicine ancient books on headache has “first wind”, “brain wind”, “wind headache” and other names recorded, the head for the meeting of the suns, traditional Chinese medicine believes that the onset of intractable headache is closely related to wind and evil, al-though the pathological factors may be different, but eventually will cause wind movement headache, for its etiology, the treatment of intractable headache should seize the opportunity of wind movement, starting from wind medicine, and at the same time with drugs that eliminate the basis of the disease, clinical application effect is quite good. This article combines the views of previous generations of doctors and clinical research, analyzes the relationship between intractable headache and wind and evil, the experience of wind medicine diagnosis and treatment, and attaches a medical case to confirm the efficacy.
