拔毒生肌散治愈阴疽(假体周围感染) 1例

摘　　要：通过临床病例观察以拔毒生肌散为主联合内服外用中药治疗阴疽(假体周围感染)的疗效。结果证实拔毒生肌散治疗假体周围感染具有疗效确切,不易复发的特点。拔毒生肌、扶正补虚、中西结合的综合治疗方式,值得重视。To observe the curative effect of the treatment of vaginal gangrene (periprosthetic infection) with the combination of Badu Shengji powder and traditional Chinese medicine for oral and external use through clinical cases. The results showed that Badu Shengji powder had a definite effect on periprosthetic infection and was not easy to recur. It is worth paying attention to the comprehen-sive treatment of removing toxin, strengthening the body and tonifying deficiency, and combining Chinese and Western medicine.
