摘　　要：本文从医理和临床应用两个方面,对现代医家关于《素问•阴阳应象大论》“壮火食气,少火生气”理论的发挥,进行梳理和分析,浅析相火妄动引发中风的机理,分享了清代张确《观物篇医说》对于经文的注解,呈现了以易观医的视角。From two aspects of medical theory and clinical application, this paper combs and analyzes the modern doctors’ theory of “Big fire running Qi, small fire producing Qi” in “Su wen•Yin yang Ying xiang Da Lun”, and analyzes the mechanism of stroke caused by disturbance of ministerial fire. This paper shares the commentary on the scriptures in Zhang Que’s “Guan Wu Pian Yi Shuo” in Qing Dynasty, and presents the perspective of observing medicine from the I Ching.
