中药外敷法治疗糖尿病足溃疡的研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病足溃疡是最严重的糖尿病并发症之一,它是糖尿病病人下肢神经损伤和血管病变导致的慢性伤口。愈合后的溃疡有较高的复发率。严重的DFU甚至导致下肢截肢,DFU的患病率不断增加,尽管有既定的指南指导治疗,但其治疗仍然有许多局限性。故本文从传统中医外治法中寻找机遇,从近年的文献中总结中药外敷法对糖尿病足溃疡的治疗方法和效果。Diabetic foot ulcer is one of the most serious complications of diabetes. It is achronic wound caused by nerve injury and angiopathy in the lower extremities of diabetic patients. The ulcer after healing has a higher recurrence rate. Severe DFU even leads to lower limb amputation, the prevalence of DFU is increasing, although there are established guidelines for treatment, but its treatment still has many limitations. Therefore, this paper looks for opportunities from the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, and summarizes the methods and effects of external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer from the literature in recent years.
