摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病是一种异质性肺部状态,且伴随的炎症反应所引起的多种继发性疾病可能引起肺血管重塑导致肺动脉高压进而合并慢性肺源性心脏病。本文综述了慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并慢性肺源性心脏病表型的中医证候分布及其与现代医学指标的相关性。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a heterogeneous pulmonary state, and with a variety of secondary diseases caused by the accompanying inflammatory response may cause pulmonary vascular remodeling leading to pulmonary arterial hypertension combined with chronic pulmonary heart disease (CPHD). This review summarizes the distribution of TCM phenotypes of COPD combined with CPHD and its correlation with modern medical indicators.
