基于脊柱整体观何育风教授采用颈腰同治法治疗腰椎间盘突出的临床经验

摘　　要：本文总结何育风教授基于脊柱整体观理念,使用颈腰同治的方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床经验介绍。临床上,腰椎间盘突出症因突出节段腰椎所在神经根受刺激、卡压,出现腰痛、下肢麻木无力等临床症状。颈腰同治是指颈椎、腰椎互为兄弟椎体,一节段的问题会影响另一节段,临床诊治时治腰同时治颈,治颈同时治腰。何育风教授提出颈腰同治和针推协同治疗腰椎间盘突出症,有利于改善腰椎神经根卡压情况,整复脊柱生理曲度、增加人体气血循环,有效治疗腰椎间盘突出症,提高病患生活质量,值得临床大力推广。This paper summarizes Professor He Yufeng’s clinical experience in treating lumbar disc herniation using the method of cervical and lumbar joint treatment based on the concept of a holistic view of the spine. In clinical practice, lumbar disc herniation results in clinical symptoms such as low back pain, numbness and weakness in the lower limbs due to stimulation and compression of the nerve root where the protruding segment of the lumbar spine is located. Cervical and lumbar co-treatment refers to the treatment of both the cervical and lumbar vertebrae, which are siblings of each other. Problems in one segment can affect another segment. In clinical diagnosis and treat-ment, both the cervical and lumbar vertebrae are treated simultaneously. Professor He Yufeng proposed the combination of neck and waist treatment and acupuncture and massage therapy for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, which is beneficial for improving the compression of lum-bar nerve roots, restoring the physiological curvature of the spine, increasing the circulation of qi and blood in the human body, effectively treating lumbar disc herniation, and improving the quality of life of patients. It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
