高扬教授治疗腰椎间盘突出症经验浅析

摘　　要：本文主要介绍高扬教授推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临证经验。高扬教授在传承王文老先生脏腑推拿点穴手法的基础上,结合现代医学理论和自身临床实践经验,逐渐形成以“中医整体观念、辨证论治思想及经络腧穴理论”为指导思想,以“手法阴阳,刚柔并济”为手法特色,以“整体疏导为先,局部揉拨在后”为治疗原则的推拿手法与康复锻炼相并用、多种治疗方法兼用的腰椎间盘突出症诊疗思路,临床疗效显著,值得推广并实践。This article mainly introduces Professor Gao Yang’s clinical experience in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with massage. Professor Gao Yang, on the basis of inheriting Mr. Wang Wenlao’s vis-ceral massage and acupoint technique, combined with modern medical theory and his own clinical practice experience, gradually formed a massage technique guided by the “overall concept of tradi-tional Chinese medicine, differentiation and treatment thought, and meridian and acupoint theory”, characterized by the “combination of yin and yang, hardness and softness” technique, and the treatment principle of “overall dredging first, local kneading and stirring later” combined with re-habilitation exercise, the diagnosis and treatment of lumbar disc herniation using multiple treat-ment methods has significant clinical efficacy and is worth promoting and practicing.
