摘　　要：目的:观察独活寄生汤联合产生引导下股神经阻滞对膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效研究影响。方法:将我院60例KOA患者随机分为观察组与对照组各30例,对照组给予神经阻滞治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予独活寄生汤,比较两组一个治疗周期(30天)后的临床疗效、临床症状、膝关节功能(Lysholm-II量表评分)、疼痛评分(VAS评分)、总有效率治疗前后水平及不良反应情况。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(p < 0.05),一个治疗周期后,患者关节疼痛,关节僵硬,活动受限等症状评分小于对照组:疼痛评分(VAS评分)、量表评分小于对照组,膝关节功能(Lysholm-II量表评分)量表评分高于对照组;两组患者治疗后不良反应发生率无明显统计学差异。结论:独活寄生汤联合超声引导下股神经阻滞对膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效良好,明显提高长期临床治疗效果,无明显特殊不良反应。Objective: This paper aims to observe the clinical effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with guided femoral nerve block on osteoarthritis of knee joint. Methods: 60 patients with KOA in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given nerve block treatment, and the observation group was given Duhuo Jisheng decoction on the basis of the treatment of contrast group. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptoms, knee function (Lysholm-II scale score), pain score (VAS score), total effective rate before and after treatment, and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared after one treatment cycle (30 days). Results: The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (p < 0.05). After one treatment cycle, the scores of joint pain, joint stiffness, limited mobility and other symptoms were lower than those in the control group. The scores of pain scale (VAS) and scale were lower than those in the control group, and the score of knee function scale (Lysholm-II scale) was higher than those in the control group. There was no significant differ-ence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion: Duhuo Jisheng De-coction combined with femoral nerve block guided by ultrasound has a good clinical effect on knee osteoarthritis. It can significantly improve the long-term clinical effect without obvious special ad-verse reactions.
