桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤联合倍他乐克治疗室性期前收缩伴焦虑患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤联合倍他乐克治疗室性期前收缩伴焦虑患者的临床疗效。方法:选取38例室性期前收缩伴焦虑患者随机分为对照组19例,治疗组19例。对照组给予倍他乐克基础治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础治疗下加用桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤联合治疗,两组治疗均以4周为1个疗程。观察并比较两组治疗前后的临床症状改善情况,动态心电图(Holter)早搏数量,汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定治疗焦虑症的疗效,治疗期间不良事件(AE)发生情况。结果:1) 治疗组较对照组通过桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤联合治疗后临床症状缓解;2) 治疗组较对照组通过桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤联合治疗后室性期前收缩减少;3) 治疗组较对照组通过桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤联合治疗后焦虑症改善;结论:采用桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤联合倍他乐克治疗室性期前收缩伴焦虑患者效果明显,可以有效改善患者临床症状及心率,还可以有效减少不良反应的发生,其安全性高,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective: This paper aims to observe the clinical effect of Guizhi Licorice Kegu Oyster Decoction combined with Betaloc in the treatment of ventricular precontraction with anxiety. Methods: 38 pa-tients with ventricular precontraction accompanied by anxiety were randomly divided into control group (19 cases) and treatment group (19 cases). The control group was given betaloc basic treat-ment, and the treatment group was given Guizhi Licorice keel oyster soup combined treatment with the basic treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks as a course of treat-ment. The improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment, the number of Holter premature beats, the efficacy assessed by Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), and the occurrence of adverse events (AE) during treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Re-sults: 1) Compared with the control group, the clinical symptoms in the treatment group were re-lieved by Guizhi Glycyrrhizin Kegu Oyster Decoction combined treatment;2) Compared with the control group, the preventricular contraction of the treatment group was reduced after the combi-nation of Guizhi Glycyrrhizin Kegu Oyster Decoction;3) Anxiety was improved in the treatment group compared with the control group after combined treatment with Guizhi Licorice kegu Oyster soup. Conclusions: Guizhi Glycyrrhizin Kegu Oyster Decoction combined with Betaloc has obvious effects in the treatment of patients with ventricular precontraction accompanied by anxiety, which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and heart rate of patients, and can also effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions. Its safety is high and has high clinical promotion value.
