从五行角度探析崔氏五参汤组方思路

摘　　要：崔金涛教授是湖北中医名师,全国第五批名老中医专家学术经验传承导师,潜心研究心脑血管疾病及其他内科疑难杂病,治验颇丰,尤其善用自拟五参汤加减治疗气阴两虚型冠心病、慢性糜烂性胃炎及慢性阻塞性肺病等内科疾病。五参汤源自北宋《太平圣惠方》中治疗肺脏风毒的五参散。崔教授参阅古籍结合五行理论选取了五参散中的丹参、苦参、沙参、玄参,并将人参改为太子参,将该方拟为“五参汤”,具有益气养阴,清热通络之效,验之临床,随症加减,治疗气阴两虚证,均每每获效。笔者有幸跟随崔师侍诊抄方,颇受启发,今试从五行角度探析崔氏五参汤组方思路。Professor Cui Jintao is a famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in Hubei Province, the fifth batch of domestic famous old Chinese medicine experts academic experience inheritance tutor, with great concentration on the exploration of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease and other in-ternal difficult and complicated diseases, whose the treatment experience is quite abundant, espe-cially good at using self-made Wushen Decoction to treat coronary heart disease, chronic erosive gastritis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and other internal diseases. Wushen Decoction originated from Wushen Powder, which was used to treat lung wind toxicity in Taiping Shenghui Prescription of the Northern Song Dynasty. Professor Cui selects Salvia miltiorrhiza, lightyellow Sophora root, straight ladybell root and figwort root in Wushen Powder by referring to ancient books and combining with the theory of five elements, and changes ginseng into heterophylly fal-sestarwort root, and draws up the prescription as “Wushen Decoction”, which has the effects of ben-efiting qi and nourishing yin, clearing heat and dredging collaterals, and is clinically proved to be effective in treating deficiency of both qi and yin by adding and subtracting according to. The author has the honor to follow doctor Cui to be copying side, quite inspired. Therefore, the author tries from the perspective of the five elements of Cuishi Wushen Decoction prescription ideas.
