摘　　要：湿疹是皮肤科常见病、多发病之一,湿邪为该病的发病核心,本文从影响湿邪疏散通达的三焦–膜原系统,探讨湿疹的治疗新焦点,为迁延性顽固性湿疹的病机理论提供新的思考维度,拓展临床诊疗思路。Eczema is one of the common and frequently occurring diseases in dermatology, and pathogenic of Shi is the core of the disease. This paper discusses a new focus for the treatment of eczema from the perspective of the Sanjiao-Moyuan system that affects the transport access of pathogenic dampness, providing a new dimension for thinking about the pathogenesis of persistent and refractory eczema and expanding the clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas.
