摘　　要：“整体调脊”为广西名中医何育风教授的学术思想,以“调脊整曲、筋骨并重、辩证施法(手法、方药)”为原则。本文论述了在运用何育风教授的“整体调脊”学术思想下联合甘草附子汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的治疗方法。The “Overall Chiropractic Adjustment” is the academic thought of Professor He Yufeng, a famous Chinese medicine in Guangxi, based on the principle of “adjustment of spine and tune, equal em-phasis on muscles and bones, dialectical application (techniques, prescriptions)”. This paper dis-cusses the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with Gancao Fuzi decoction based on Professor He Yufeng’s academic thought of “overall chiropractic adjustment”.
