针刺辨证选穴治疗乳腺增生的研究论述

摘　　要：乳腺增生是常见的乳房疾病,近年我国乳腺疾病的发病率趋势呈年轻化增长。现代医学常用激素药物配合止痛药物治疗,易对患者内分泌产生不良影响。中医治疗乳腺增生疗效显著,从整体出发,辨虚实,审病因,辨证型对症治疗。通过整体调节,平衡阴阳、行气活血止痛、化瘀散结达到治疗目的。目前中医主要疗法有中药口服、针灸、中药贴敷、推拿等。针刺以其简便、安全、价格低廉等优点更易于患者接受。本文就中医辨证理论指导下的针刺治疗乳腺增生进行综述,论述其辨证选穴有效性及作用机制,以期对针刺治疗乳腺增生的临床应用提供更多参考。Breast hyperplasia is a common breast disease. In recent years, the incidence of breast diseases in China has been increasing at a younger age. Western medicine commonly used hormone drugs and analgesic drugs to treat this disease. It is easy to have adverse effects on patients’ endocrine. Tradi-tional Chinese medicine treatment of mammary hyperplasia effect is remarkable. It, from the whole point of view, distinguishes the deficiency and real, examines the cause, syndrome differentiation and symptomatic treatment. It cures disease by regulating the body as a whole, and allows the Yin and Yang of the human body to achieve balance. In addition, it also acts as qi activating blood to re-lieve pain and dissipate blood stasis. At present, the main treatments of traditional Chinese medi-cine are oral Chinese medicine, acupuncture, Chinese medicine patch, massage and so on. Acu-puncture is easy to be accepted by patients because of its advantages of simplicity, safety and low price. This article reviews acupuncture treatment of mammary hyperplasia under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation theory, discusses the effectiveness and mechanism of acupuncture treatment of mammary hyperplasia, in order to provide more references for clinical application of acupuncture treatment.
