壮筋健骨活血通络汤在LDH中的应用

摘　　要：中医认为肝肾亏虚、筋弛骨空是LDH发病的基础,外邪侵袭、闪挫跌仆等则为发病之诱因,终致腰椎间盘纤维环破裂、髓核突出压迫或刺激相应神经而导致腰椎间盘突出症的发生;血瘀气滞为本病发展过程中的关键环节;基于本病肝肾亏虚、骨空筋弛、血瘀气滞等关键病机,临证以补益肝肾、壮筋健骨、行气活血通络为法,总结得出治疗腰椎间盘突出症的要方壮筋健骨活血通络汤,临证中联合“小燕飞”功法治疗本病取得了满意的疗效,颇受患者喜爱,现将治疗腰椎间盘突出症的感悟总结如下,以飨同道。Traditional Chinese medicine believes that liver and kidney deficiency, muscle relaxation and bone emptiness are the basis for the onset of LDH, while invasion of external pathogens, flickering and falling, etc. are the causes of the disease, ultimately leading to the rupture of the fibrous ring of the lumbar disc, compression or stimulation of the corresponding nerves by the nucleus pulposus, and the occurrence of lumbar disc herniation;Blood stasis and qi stagnation are the key links in the development process of this disease;Based on the key pathogenesis of this disease, such as liver and kidney deficiency, bone emptiness and muscle relaxation, blood stasis and qi stagnation, the key prescription for treating lumbar disc herniation is summarized by tonifying the liver and kid-ney, strengthening the tendons and bones, promoting qi and blood circulation, and unblocking col-laterals. The key formula for treating lumbar disc herniation is summarized as Zhuangjin Jiangu Huoxue Tongluo Decoction, The combination of the “Xiao Yan Fei” technique in clinical practice has achieved satisfactory therapeutic effects and is highly favored by patients. The following is a sum-mary of the insights on treating lumbar disc herniation, to share with others.
