摘　　要：小儿夜啼的治疗一直是当前中西医学界疾病治疗的难点和热点之一,该病具有病因复杂,病情多变,易于反复的疾病特点,严重影响小儿睡眠,而小儿推拿作为一种绿色的自然疗法,通过手法刺激小儿特定穴位,调动和激发小儿自身调节能力,纠正小儿偏盛偏衰的病理状态,其操作手法具有轻快、柔和、无不良反应等优势,因而易被小儿及家长接受,具有广泛的推广价值,因而加强小儿推拿治疗相关疾病的临床研究,具有重要价值。本文从传统医学、现代医学多个角度对于小儿夜啼的病因病机进行简要介绍,按照相关致病因素进行小儿推拿疗法的治疗方法进行归纳总结,以期为读者提供有益参考价值。The treatment of pediatric night crying has always been one of the difficulties and hotspots in the current Chinese and Western medical field. This disease has the characteristics of complex etiology, variable condition, and easy recurrence, which seriously affects children’s sleep. As a green natural therapy, pediatric massage stimulates specific acupoints in children through manual stimulation, mobilizes and stimulates their self-regulation ability, and corrects the pathological state of children’s growth and decline. Its operating techniques have advantages such as lightness, softness, and no adverse reactions, it is easily accepted by children and parents, and has broad promotion value. Therefore, strengthening clinical research on pediatric massage therapy for related diseases is of great value. This article provides a brief introduction to the etiology and pathogenesis of pediatric night crying from multiple perspectives of traditional and modern medicine. Based on the relevant pathogenic factors, the treatment methods of pediatric massage therapy are summarized and summarized, in order to provide readers with useful reference value.
