摘  要:文氏马齿苋汤为当代川派外科名医艾儒棣教授所创,从四川盆地多湿、多热的地理环境及气候特点以及人们偏嗜辛辣油腻碍脾蕴湿的饮食生活习惯出发,脾虚湿蕴,久而化热,又复感风湿热邪,发而为病立方。临床上亦发现川地皮肤疾患表现多“夹湿”、“夹热”、“夹滞”的特点,故以清热祛湿、凉血解毒、散结行滞、祛风止痒为治法立意,艾儒棣教授临床上将此方加减化裁辨证治疗常见过敏性、瘙痒性皮肤病,每获良效。The Purslane Soup was created by Professor Ai Rudi, a famous surgeon of contemporary Sichuan school. This prescription is based on the hot and humid geographical environment and climatic characteristics of the Sichuan Basin and people’s eating habits of spicy and greasy food, resulting in spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation, heat dissipation for a long time, and wind dampness and heat evil, thus causing the disease. In clinical diagnosis and treatment, Professor Ai Rudi found that the skin diseases in Sichuan showed the characteristics of “dampness”, “heat” and “stagnation”. Therefore, the treatment of clearing heat and removing dampness, cooling blood and detoxification, dispersing stagnation, dispelling wind and relieving itching is the purpose of treatment. Professor Ai Rudi clinically treated common allergic and pruritus skin diseases with the addition and subtraction of this prescription, and achieved good results.
