肩关节周围炎的中西医治疗进展

摘　　要：肩关节周围炎是一种以肩部疼痛、肩关节活动不畅为主要表现的肌肉损伤,俗称“漏肩风”“露肩风”,多见于50多岁的中年男性人,俗称“肩凝风”“肩凝症”。此病的发病率较高,主要表现为肩部和背部出现阵发性的疼痛,痛感较强,夜不能寐,患者日常进行洗脸、梳头、背手和穿衣等行为都会受到影响,这给病人的日常生活造成了较大的不便。在信息化的今天,越来越多的高科技产品被越来越多的应用,比如电脑、手机等,人们的生活和工作方式都已经发生了较大的变化,这也导致患有肩关节炎的患者越来越多,特别是粘连性肩周炎,对人们的工作和生活质量造成了影响。因此,寻找一种安全、简便、有效的治疗手段尤为重要。本文现将中西医治疗本病的文献归纳如下。Periarthritis of the shoulder is a muscle injury characterized by shoulder pain and poor shoulder joint movement. It is commonly known as “leakage shoulder wind” or “exposed shoulder wind” and is more common in middle-aged men in their 50s. It is commonly known as “shoulder coagulation wind” or “shoulder coagulation syndrome”. The incidence rate of this disease is high, which is mainly manifested by paroxysmal pain in the shoulder and back, strong sense of pain, sleeplessness at night, and the patients’ daily behaviors such as face washing, hair combing, back hand and dressing will be affected, which has caused great inconvenience to the patients’ daily life. In today’s era of informatization, more and more high-tech products are being applied, such as computers, mobile phones, etc. People’s lifestyles and work styles have undergone significant changes, which has led to an increasing number of patients suffering from shoulder arthritis, especially adhesive shoulder periarthritis, which has an impact on people’s work and quality of life. Therefore, it is particularly important to find a safe, convenient, and effective treatment method. This article summarizes the literature on the treatment of this disease using traditional Chinese and Western medicine as follows.
