点穴手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究进展

摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出(LDH)是目前临床上的一种常见并且多发的疾病,以腰部疼痛和下肢放射性疼痛为特征。点穴手法是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的推拿手法中的一大类型,具有疏经通络、行气活血、调整脏腑、平衡阴阳的作用,临床表现良好。现将点穴手法治疗LDH的研究进展综述如下。Lumbar disc herniation (LDH) is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic, which is characterized by low back pain and radiation pain of lower limbs. Point-dialing manipulation is a major type of massage manipulation in the treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, which has the functions of dredging channels and collaterals, promoting qi and activating blood circulation, adjust the internal organs and balancing yin and yang. In this paper, the research progress of point-pressing manipulation in the treatment of LDH is summarized as follows.
