摘 要:“上守神”、“上守机”出自于《黄帝内经·灵枢·九针十二原》,强调了“守神”与“守机”是决定针刺疗效的关键所在,更是对医者在临床针刺治疗时提出的最高要求。然而,很少有学者对其相关理论进行研究。该文以针刺“神机”理论为基点,通过对《黄帝内经》相关理论的梳理,探讨“守机”、“守神”的内涵,以期为今后针刺手法研究提供新思路,启发医者在遵循疾病发生发展规律的基础之上,能够“守机”、“守神”而行恰当的针刺之法,在上工针刺手法的探索道路中不断前行。“Guarding the spirit” and “guarding the pivot” come from Huangdi Neijing·Lingshu·Nine Needles and Twelve Yuan, emphasizing that “guarding the spirit” and “guarding the pivot” are the key to determining the curative effect of acupuncture, and are the highest requirement for doctors in clinical acupuncture treatment. However, few scholars have studied its related theories. Based on the theory of acupuncture “spirit and pivot”, by combing the related theory of Huangdi Neijing, the text explores the connotation of “guarding the spirit” and “guarding the pivot” with a view to providing new ideas for future research on acupuncture manipulation and enlightening doctors to perform the right method of acupuncture by “guarding the spirit” and “guarding the pivot” and move on a continuous line in the exploratory road of acupuncture technique of Shanggong based on following the law of disease occurrence and development.
