吴节教授“脾十针”结合藿香正气散治疗失眠抑郁共病经验

摘　　要：随着社会发展,人们精神压力随之增加,失眠、抑郁发病率逐年上升,二者互为因果,失眠抑郁共病的治疗是目前临床需要关注的问题之一。现代医家从安神通阳、疏肝解郁等理论辨治失眠抑郁共病。吴节教授认为失眠抑郁共病之本在于中焦阻滞,肝脾不调,总结出一套从中焦辨治失眠抑郁共病的方法,提出“祛湿邪–调中焦–畅气机–和肝脾”的治则,运用调中理气“脾十针”与藿香正气散加减治疗失眠抑郁共病,取得良好疗效。文章分析总结吴节教授从中焦论治失眠抑郁共病的诊疗思路,以期为临床治疗提供参考。With the advancement of society, people’s mental stress escalates, and the incidence of insomnia with depression rises year by year, mutually causing and influencing each other. The treatment of the comorbidity of insomnia and depression constitutes one of the issues that require attention in the clinical setting. Contemporary physicians differentiate and treat the insomnia with depression and depression based on the theories of calming the vitality and promoting yang, soothing the liver and resolving depression. Dr. Wu contends that the root cause of the comorbidity of insomnia and depression lies in the obstruction of the middle energizer and the abnormalities of the liver and spleen. She formulates a set of approaches to distinguish and treat the comorbidity of insomnia and depression starting from the middle energizer and proposes the treatment principles of “dispelling dampness, regulating the middle energizer, regulating the qi movement, harmonizing the liver and spleen”. She employs the “Spleen Ten Needles” and Huoxiang Zhengqi Powder for treating the comorbidity of insomnia and depression, achieving favorable therapeutic effects. This paper conducts an analysis and summary of Dr. Wu’s diagnosis and treatment of the comorbid diseases of insomnia and depression with a central focus, aiming to offer references for clinical treatment.
