摘　　要：本研究回顾分析近年来头皮针治疗急性期脑出血作用机制的临床实验文献,综合论述近年来头针治疗急性脑出血作用机制研究进展。本文兼从中医、西医两个角度探讨头针治疗急性脑出血显效的机制,主要认为头针疗法通过发挥抗氧化应激、抑制炎症反应、抑制神经细胞凋亡、改善脑水肿、保护和修复神经元、调整脑血管收缩等多个方面作用而对急性期脑出血产生影响。This study retrospectively analyzed the clinical experimental literature on the mechanism of scalp acupuncture in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage in recent years, and comprehensively discussed the research progress of the mechanism of scalp acupuncture in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage in recent years. This article also discusses the mechanism of scalp acupuncture in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage from the perspectives of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. It is mainly believed that scalp acupuncture has an effect on acute cerebral hemorrhage by playing anti-oxidative stress, inhibiting inflammatory reaction, inhibiting nerve cell apoptosis, improving brain edema, protecting and repairing neurons, adjusting cerebral vascular contraction and other aspects.
