从中焦论大柴胡汤改善2型糖尿病研究进展

摘　　要：大柴胡汤为《伤寒论》中双解少阳阳明的名方,具有和解少阳、通腑泻热之效。现基于中焦理论,从消渴病发病特点以及大柴胡汤主治入手,探讨大柴胡汤对消渴病的治疗特点;并通过临床实践、药理及基础研究,阐述大柴胡汤治疗消渴病的作用机制,以期为大柴胡汤治疗消渴病提供一定的参照。Dachaihu decoction is a famous formula in the “Treatise on Febrile Diseases” for double dissolution of yangming and shaoyang syndrome complex, which has the effect of reconciling shaoyang and clearing heat from the internal organs. Based on the theory of middle energizer, we discuss the therapeutic characteristics of Dachaihu decoction for the treatment of consumptive thirst based on the pathogenesis of consumptive thirst as well as the main treatment of Dachaihu decoction;and elaborate the possible mechanism of Dachaihu decoction for the treatment of consumptive thirst based on the clinical practice, pharmacology and basic research, with a view to providing certain reference for the treatment of consumptive thirst by Dachaihu decoction.
