摘　　要：风温肺热病是由于感受风热毒邪引起,主要病机是感受外邪,机体正气不足,引发正邪交争所致,常以高热、咳嗽、咳痰、胸痛等为主要临床特征。中医药治疗风温肺热病具有不良反应小、价格实惠等优势。何复东教授是第六批全国名老中医药专家学术经验工作指导老师,在治疗咳嗽、喘证、风温肺热病等呼吸系统疾病方面有很深的学术造诣。何氏肺炎方是何复东教授治疗风温肺热病痰热壅肺证的自拟方,由麻杏石甘汤与银翘散化裁而来,二者相合,意在肺热得清,肺气得复,宣降得宜,肺络得通,多管齐下,诸证自愈,共奏清热化痰、宣肺通络之功。Wind-warm lung-heat disease is caused by the feeling of wind-heat toxin, the main pathogenesis of which is the feeling of exogenous pathogenic factors, the lack of vital energy in the body, which leads to the conflict between vital energy and pathogenic factors, high Fever, cough, expectoration and chest pain were the main clinical features.
