中医药治疗儿童鼾症的临床进展研究

摘　　要：鼾症指睡眠之人喉中发出呼噜声,多发生于中年男性,但儿童患病率近年来也在不断增加。近年来,中医对治疗儿童鼾症的研究越来越多,针刺治疗更是取得了显著的疗效。现从病因病机及中医药治疗两方面出发,对近年来临床治疗本病的概况进行综述。Snoring refers to the rattling sound emitted from the throat of a sleeping individual, predominantly affecting middle-aged males but with a notably increasing incidence among children in recent years. In recent times, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has garnered increasing attention for its treatment of pediatric snoring, with acupuncture therapy achieving particularly remarkable therapeutic effects. This article aims to provide an overview of recent clinical advancements in the management of pediatric snoring, focusing on two key aspects: the etiology and pathogenesis, as well as the therapeutic approaches utilizing TCM.
