参麦止血汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎血尿回顾性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究王铁良教授在治疗慢性肾小球肾炎症状以血尿为主的经验用方参麦止血汤的临床疗效。方法:选取王铁良教授运用参麦止血汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎血尿病例60例,实验组和对照组各30例,对照组在基础治疗的基础上给予血尿安胶囊,实验组在对照组的基础上加中药汤剂参麦止血汤,2组疗程均为3个月。对比2组在24小时蛋白尿定量(g/24h)、尿红细胞计数(HPF)、肾功能指标[血清尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、血清胱抑素C(CysC)]、中医症候积分、临床疗效及中医症候改善率的统计学差异。结果:治疗3个月药前药后24小时蛋白尿定量、尿红细胞计数、中医症候积分、临床疗效及中医症候改善率存在统计学上显著差异(P Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Professor Wang Tieliang’s experience formula, Shenmai Zhixue Decoction, in treating chronic glomerulonephritis with hematuria as the main symptom. Methods: Sixty patients with chronic glomerulonephritis with hematuria treated by Professor Wang Tieliang using Shenmai Zhixue Decoction were selected and divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given Xueniaoan Capsules on the basis of basic treatment, while the experimental group was given Shenmai Zhixue Decoction in addition to the treatment received by the control group. Both groups were treated for 3 months. The statistical differences in 24-hour urine protein quantitation (g/24h), urine red blood cell count (HPF), renal function indicators [blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (SCr), serum cystatin C (CysC)], TCM syndrome score, clinical efficacy, and TCM syndrome improvement rate were compared between the two groups. Results: After 3 months of treatment, there were statistically significant differences (P < 0.05) in 24-hour urine protein quantitation, urine red blood cell count, TCM syndrome score, clinical efficacy, and TCM syndrome improvement rate
