摘　　要：目的:探讨中国中医经典妇科书籍《邯郸遗稿》对女科月经类病的诊治及调经方法的用药规律。方法:四十四首处方均属邯郸遗稿中卷之一调经篇,以人工翻阅书籍摘录方法选择文章中调经论篇的方剂及中药,并对中药名称进行总结、统一规范后行数据整理,最后总结出赵献可所写的书籍邯郸遗稿中调经篇的用药规律。结果:使用频次>17的单味药物共15味,排名前10位的药物主要为具有补益气血,行气活血之功效的中药,包括(当归、川芎、白芍、熟地、甘草、陈皮、人参、半夏、茯苓、生姜),调经药多入肝经、脾经,善于应用温和补益类药物。结论:赵献可基于命门学说治疗女性月经不调等女科疾病,强调调养肝脾,滋水调经的原则,注重人体先天及后天的调和,善用温和补益类药物,处方精简,通俗易懂。Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of menstrual diseases and the medication rules of menstrual regulation methods in the classic gynecology book Han Dan Yi Gao of Chinese Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods The 44 prescriptions belonged to one of the volumes of Handan’s posthumous manuscripts, and the prescriptions and traditional Chinese medicines in the articles were selected by manually flipping through the book excerpts, and the names of traditional Chinese medicines were summarized, unified and standardized, and then the data were sorted, and finally the medication rules of the books written by Zhao Xianke were summarized. Results A total of 15 single-flavor drugs were used with a frequency of >17, and the top 10 drugs were mainly traditional Chinese medicines with the effect of nourishing qi and blood and invigorating qi and blood, including (Angelica sinensis, Chuanxiong, Paeonia alba, Rehmannia, licorice, tangerine peel, ginseng, Banxia, Poria cocos, and ginger).
