基于“太阳少阳合病”理论探讨小针刀在颈性眩晕治疗中的运用

摘　　要：颈性眩晕,源于太阳少阳合病、经筋受阻、经气不畅。故治疗的核心在于解除粘连,疏导经脉,恢复脊柱的平衡,以迅速缓解眩晕之感。小针刀,作为一种结合了中医针灸与西医手术刀的独特疗法,能够如针刺般调节经脉经气,平衡人体阴阳,又能如手术刀般在体内精准切割、剥离、松解病灶组织,因此在颈性眩晕的治疗中展现出快速且显著的效果。本文深入分析颈性眩晕的病因和病位,进一步指导小针刀在颈性眩晕治疗中的应用,为中医药治疗此病症提供了新的指导理论。Cervical vertigo is caused by taiyang and shaoyang combined disease, obstruction of meridians and tendons, and poor channel qi flow. Therefore, the core of the treatment is to remove adhesion, dredge the meridians, restore the balance of the spine, and quickly relieve the sense of vertigo. As a unique therapy combining traditional Chinese acupuncture and Western medical scalpel, small needle knife can adjust the meridian qi like acupuncture, balance the Yin and Yang of the human body, and precisely cut, peel and release the lesion tissue like scalpel in the body, so it shows a rapid and significant effect in the treatment of cervical vertigo. In this paper, the etiology and location of cervical vertigo are analyzed deeply, and the application of small needle-knife in the treatment of cervical vertigo is further guided, which provides a new guiding theory for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
