摘　　要：本文介绍导师魏绍斌教授运用中医药治疗堕胎不全的临床经验。导师认为,堕胎不全的核心病机为虚和瘀,虚则无力运胎外出,实则碍胎排出。中医治疗本病的原则以补虚、祛瘀为主,兼疏肝健脾,灵活运用自拟方综合论治,临床常获显效。This article introduces the clinical experience of Professor Wei Shaobin, the supervisor, in the use of Chinese medicine in the treatment of Intrauterine Residue. The tutor believes that the core pathogenesis of Intrauterine Residue is deficiency and stasis, which means that the fetus is unable to carry the fetus out, which actually hinders the discharge of the fetus. The principle of TCM treatment of this disease is mainly to replenish deficiency and dispel stasis, as well as to soothe the liver and strengthen the spleen.
