带状疱疹后遗神经痛的中医外治法研究进展

摘　　要：带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)是带状疱疹最常见的后遗症之一,病程长,相当一部分患者没有得到有效治疗。西药依赖性强、副作用大,且无法根治本病。中医外治法作为祖国医学治疗PHN的特色手段,具有安全、高效、绿色、无毒副作用的特点。本文整理近年来针对PHN治疗的针刺、火针、刺血和灸法等为代表的中医外治法进行综述,以期为临床提供特色方法和优选思路。Postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) is one of the most common sequelae of herpes zoster, which has a long course and is not effectively treated in a significant proportion of patients. Western medicines are dependent, have a lot of side effects, and cannot cure the disease at all. As a characteristic means of treating PHN in the motherland medicine, the external treatment method of Chinese medicine is characterized by safety, high efficiency, green, and no toxic side effects. In this paper, the external treatment methods of Chinese medicine represented by acupuncture, fire needle, Pricking Blood and moxibustion for the treatment of PHN in recent years are summarized, with a view to providing the characteristic methods and preferred ideas for the clinic.
