摘　　要：脑中风又称为脑卒中,多是由于脑部组织出现缺血或出血性损伤所致的一系列临床症状综合征,其具有极高的致死率和致残率。一旦发病,会导致患者后期出现不同程度的后遗症,如面瘫、运动功能障碍、意识障碍、偏瘫、言语障碍等,会严重影响患者生活质量。面瘫可分为中枢性面瘫和周围性面瘫,常表现为口歪眼斜、流涎,严重者还会影响语言系统的功能。目前面瘫的治疗方法有很多,包括物理疗法、针灸和按摩等。治疗的主要目标是通过锻炼或物理疗法来恢复面部肌肉和神经功能。针灸有着几千年的历史,是祖国传统医学的重要组成部分之一。中医理论认为,脑卒中后面瘫是由于风邪侵袭,气血不畅所致,治疗以祛风通络为主。针刺是传统医学的一种特色疗法,在临床上有其独特的疗效,现已被用于治疗多种中风后遗症,例如面瘫、肩手综合征、便秘等。本文通过检索针灸治疗中风后遗面瘫的相关文献,进行归纳总结,为此病的防治提供可靠性参考。Stroke, also known as cerebral infarction, is a series of clinical symptoms and syndromes caused by ischemic or hemorrhagic damage to brain tissue. It has a high mortality and disability rate. Once the disease occurs, it can lead to varying degrees of sequelae in the later stages of the patient’s life, such as facial paralysis, motor dysfunction, consciousness disorders, hemiplegia, speech disorders, etc., which can seriously affect the patient’s quality of life. Facial paralysis can be divided into central facial paralysis and peripheral facial paralysis, often manifested as crooked mouth and eyes, drooling, and in severe cases, it can also affect the function of the language system.
