摘　　要：双相情感障碍是临床中常见且严重的一类精神疾病,本病病因尚不明确,具有早发性和长期性的特点,治疗困难。本案1例患者经王克勤教授以肝郁气滞辨证,以补气、疏肝解郁、清热、镇静安神为主要治则,运用自拟方丹芪疏肝汤,逐步减少西药的用量,直至痊愈停药,治疗效果显著,提示中医药在治疗双相情感障碍上具有不错的可行性及优势,以此提供相关中医临床诊疗思路。In clinical practice, bipolar disorder is a prevalent and severe psychiatric condition with an unclear etiology that presents with early onset, long-term symptoms, and difficult treatment. In the case of one patient, Professor Wang Keqin used the syndrome differentiation of liver-qi stagnation, as well as the main treatment principles of supplementing Qi, dispelling Qi, clearing heat, and sedation, using the self-prescribed Danqi Shugan Decoction, to gradually reduce the dosage of Western medicine until it was recovered and stopped. The therapeutic result was outstanding, indicating that traditional Chinese medicine has good feasibility and advantages in the treatment of bipolar disorder, providing important TCM clinical therapy suggestions.
