摘　　要：痉挛性偏瘫是脑卒中后遗症中普遍存在的症状和重要并发症之一,是脑卒中患者后期康复过程中的重大难题,对患者的日常生活及社会参与造成了严重影响,进而给家庭及社会带来沉重的负担。鉴于其重要性,探索更为有效的治疗方法一直是医学界关注的焦点。文章通过回顾相关文献,综述针刺治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫的临床研究概况。Spastic hemiplegia is one of the prevalent symptoms and significant complications of stroke sequelae, posing a major challenge in the later stages of rehabilitation for stroke patients. It severely impacts patients’ daily lives and social participation, subsequently imposing a heavy burden on families and society. Given its importance, exploring more effective treatment methods has been a focal point of attention in the medical community. This article reviews relevant literature and summarizes the clinical research overview of acupuncture treatment for post-stroke spastic hemiplegia.
