摘  要:胰岛功能损伤是目前糖尿病诊断及诊疗的研究重点,胰岛(胰腺)居人体中焦,作为人体最大分泌腺,其分泌胰岛素具有控制血糖、调节糖代谢的重要作用。胰岛细胞分泌胰岛素入血,在全身组织中与细胞受体结合,并反馈调节分泌,这一途径可归属于中医学中“膜腠三焦”调节全身精微输布、物质代谢的功能。故笔者通过阐释膜腠三焦理论,提出“和、通”二法,为中医药改善胰岛微环境、保护胰岛功能治疗糖尿病提出新的治疗思路。Damage to pancreatic islet function is currently a research priority in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes. The islets of Langerhans are located in the pancreas, which is the largest secretory gland in the human body. Its secretion of insulin plays a crucial role in blood sugar control and glucose metabolism regulation. Islet cells secrete insulin into the blood, where it binds with cellular receptors throughout the body and regulates secretion feedback. This pathway can be attributed to the function of “membrane-secretory three burners” in traditional Chinese medicine, which regulates fine distribution and material metabolism throughout the body. Therefore, the author proposes the “harmonization and dredging” methods through the interpretation of the theory of membrane-secretory three burners, which provides a new therapeutic idea for TCM to improve the islet microenvironment and protect the islet function in the treatment of diabetes.
