中医药治疗室性早搏的研究进展

摘　　要：室性早搏为临床最常见的一种快速性心律失常类型,频发性室性早搏可诱发恶性的心律失常,严重者可危及生命。目前针对本病暂无特殊疗法,多以抗心律失常药物为主,但这类药物可表现出致心律失常作用,极大限制了其应用。室性早搏可属中医“心悸”、“心痛”、“胸痹”、“怔忡”范畴,笔者综述近年来中医治疗室性早搏的中医研究进展,发现目前中医药治疗本病以内治法为主,用方有经典方、自拟方,中成药亦较多,疗效较为理想的有参松养心胶囊、稳心颗粒。室性早搏的中医外治法有针刺法、穴位贴敷、灸法等,以针刺疗法为主,方式有腹针、腕踝针、耳揿针等。中医药治疗本病疗效确切,可显著减少早搏发生次数,改善中医症状,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Ventricular premature beats (VPBs) are one of the most common types of rapid arrhythmias in clinical practice. Frequent VPBs can induce malignant arrhythmias, which may be life-threatening in severe cases. Currently, there is no specific treatment for this condition, and antiarrhythmic drugs are primarily used. However, these drugs can exhibit proarrhythmic effects, greatly limiting their application. VPBs fall under the categories of “palpitations”, “cardiodynia”, “chest obstruction”, and “anxiety palpitations” in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The authors reviewed recent research progress in the treatment of VPBs with TCM and found that internal treatment methods are predominantly used. Prescriptions include classic formulas, self-created formulas, and a considerable number of Chinese patent medicines. Among them, ShenSong YangXin Capsules and WenXin Granules have shown promising efficacy. External treatment methods in TCM for VPBs include acupuncture, acupoint application, moxibustion, etc., with acupuncture being the main method.
