摘　　要：激光针灸是激光疗法结合传统针灸的一种现代改良技术,以低强度激光代替传统针灸进行治疗,其机制备受关注。文章以激光针灸最常见的氦氖(He-Ne)激光为例,旨在探讨激光针灸的相关问题,包括腧穴与靶色基的吸收特性、激光针灸的穿透深度、作用机制以及对传统针灸手法的模拟,为激光针灸的临床应用和发展提供理论支持。Laser acupuncture represents a contemporary evolution of traditional acupuncture, integrating low-intensity laser therapy in place of traditional needles. This innovative approach has garnered significant interest in its underlying mechanisms. This paper focuses on the widely used helium-neon (He-Ne) laser within the context of laser acupuncture, aiming to elucidate pertinent issues such as the absorption characteristics of acupoints and target chromophores, the penetration depth of laser treatment, its therapeutic mechanisms, and the emulation of traditional acupuncture techniques. The goal is to offer theoretical backing for the clinical application and advancement of laser acupuncture.
