摘　　要：基于尿路感染反复发作、迁延不愈的特点,杨洪涛教授从肾元亏虚、湿热内蕴、三焦壅滞方面入手,治疗过程中注重补益脾肾,通利三焦,祛除湿、热等病理因素。现总结杨洪涛教授相关学术经验,以飨同道。Based on the characteristics of recurrent and persistent urinary tract infections, Professor Yang Hongtao starts from the aspects of kidney element deficiency, damp heat accumulation, and stagnation of the triple energizer. During the treatment process, he focuses on nourishing the spleen and kidneys, promoting the circulation of the triple energizer, and eliminating pathological factors such as dampness and heat. Now, summarize Professor Yang Hongtao’s relevant academic experience for the benefit of fellow scholars.
