摘　　要：外伤性视神经萎缩(Traumatic Optic Atrophy, TOA)是指因直接或间接暴力所致视力下降或失明的疾病,治疗难度大,预后差。根据中医十二经络辨证论治结合头针取穴,应用于临床效果显著,具有取穴少、定位精确、身心同调等优点,为外伤性视神经萎缩的治疗提供新的思路。Traumatic Optic Atrophy (TOA) is a disease of vision loss or blindness caused by direct or indirect violence, which is difficult to treat and has a poor prognosis. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) method of syndrome differentiation and treatment according to the twelve meridians, the combination of head acupuncture point extraction and clinical effect is remarkable, with the advantages of fewer acupuncture points, precise positioning, physical and mental co-regulation, etc., which provides a new idea for the treatment of traumatic optic atrophy.
