基于“开鬼门,洁净府,去菀陈莝”理论辨治痛风

摘　　要：痛风是一种由嘌呤代谢紊乱导致血尿酸升高,促使单钠尿酸盐聚集于周身关节腔引起关节炎的一组疾病。近年来随着本病的复杂多样化,辨证施治并以“开鬼门,洁净府,去菀陈莝”在治疗本病方面发挥着独特作用,此法虽在《黄帝内经》中为治水肿之大法,但究其本意,可发挥发汗、利水、祛湿、祛热、活血化瘀、消肿止痛等功效,以恢复机体功能。Gout is a group of diseases caused by purine metabolism disorders that cause an increase in blood uric acid, which promotes the accumulation of monosodium urate in the joint cavity of the body, causing arthritis. In recent years, with the complexity and diversification of the disease, syndrome differentiation treatment and “open the ghost door, clean the house, go to the Chen” plays a unique role in the treatment of this disease, although this method is in the “Huang Di Nei Jing” for the treatment of edema, but its original intention, can play a sweating, water, dampness, heat, blood circulation and stasis, swelling and pain relief, etc., in order to restore the body’s function.
